TopMinds Fulbright Poland

I have been awarded the TopMinds Fulbright Poland program for young, outstanding scientists!

The six months I spent with Dr. Magda Szcześniak from the Institute of Polish Culture at the University of Warsaw strengthened my belief in the importance of wise and attentive relationships in an academic career. Thank you for this time!

We worked not only on the next steps in our academic careers, but also on what we are researching: emotions, class and organizational advancement, and gender-related experiences. The TopMinds program created a space for this dialogue—based on trust, partnership, and mutual inspiration.

I am very grateful for this time, especially as it coincided with many upheavals in my life, a wonderful research stay in Vienna, and an intense period of conferences and grant applications. May there be more relationships like this in science!💡📚
