I am a sociologist and art historian at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences. I specialise in gender studies, social inequalities (especially women's success, advancement and position) and synagogues as sites of non-memory. My multidisciplinary work combines elements of gender sociology, organisation and industrial relations, social psychology, emotion studies, research on structural privilege and inequality, and upward mobility.
I am a principal investigator and researcher on grants from the Ministry of Education and Science and the National Science Centre (NCN). I have over 8 years experience in managing scientific and community projects.
In addition to my research, I work as a project coordinator in the field of applied social sciences, including urban regeneration. I am active at board level in NGOs and academic associations to develop my soft skills and leadership.
